While staying in Newry for a month - Brass Monkey became my second home. Great food and great atmosphere, and best Guinness in town! Staff are very friendly especially the manager (Ross) who was so accommodating and down to earth. Him and the other staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provided spectacular service. The food was top notch and there is good variety and portion sizes. Definitely stop by if you are visiting Newry.

Food is tasty and very well presented when you do get it. Most of the staff seem to always have better things to do than pay attention to customers. Only one member of staff seems to know what customer service means
The best restaurant I have visited in Newark. Great choice of foods from the menu including belly filling meals as well as light salad type meals. I would recommend you book because it is a very popular spot for people to eat in the evening. The choice of beers is extensive and I would recommend the local ales.
