Got to the bus station at 8:45AM 26/2/18 to go to the airport and the bus never showed up its 9:30AM now and it was due 9:15AM the timetables online so not match my tickets - I want a refund

Terrible. The staff are rude and unhelpful for even the simplest of enquiries and theres gum on the ground every two centimetres.
Bus depo is nice but some bus drivers are very rude and need to respect there company thank you
This bus station is located in the heart of Newry, close to Popular shopping centre - the Buttercrane, and shopping precinct - Hill St.Customer service is exceptionally poor, unhelpful and rude for basic queries and ticket purchases. The female member of staff I dealt with didn't smile, make eye contact, or show familiarity with national express bookings or the X1 service to Dublin. I had to search online myself to find the answers as she was unable to help: (in her own words) "I don't know. worked here for years, want an answer you should have Googled it before asking here." The centre is serviced by a lovely lady from Noonan cleaning services. Very friendly. Bring a jumper this bus station is a cold building.
