First mattress I ordered arrived in 2 weeks time. Brilliant! Second I ordered the same day as I collected the first one. It took 2 month to get there. And it was Belfast warehouse who was messing around with my order. So Newry store gets 5
Very poor experience, left to assemble bed with no instructions, poor clarification from floor staff re needing the old bed removed before new bed arrived, lack of information from staff, will be reluctant to shop here again due to unsatisfactory experience and having spent so much on bed and mattress.
Would never ever buy from dreams again. Bough bed for 1800 and mattrase ripped on the side after couple of months. Phoned to customer services and they helped me to organise a replacement. When replacement mattress arrived it was FAULTY!!! Delivery guys took it away. So i have been waiting for 2months now for my new mattress. Right now i have been trying to contact them but i am gettig transfered from one number to another for about 20 min.... Please avoid dealing with dreams!!! Newry staff was helpfull and nice. Nothing bad to say about them.
Terrible customer service I purchased a bed frame and a mattress from this store I was given a date for when my bed frame would be delivered they lied to me and said 4 weeks I called them time and time again and they said it'll be the next few days I got fed up and called customer service helpline they told me I wouldnt get it till the end of the year so I went back to the store for my refund as the woman on the phone said I could the very rude woman in the shop said I'd have to pay 20% back even though I didn't pay a deposit she also said they couldn't give me my money back because there was no cash in the store lol this place is a Absolute joke at the end of the day it wasn't my fault I got lied to by there staff what happened to the customer is always right I highly recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a bed in newry....
