last Saturday ,stopped of to get something for me and my wife's t ,I have never none Cantonese style to be that hot ,whats going on with the chillies ,I would have needed a fire extinguisher to put my mouth out ,very disappointing ,try at your own risk .
Had a burger which is made on site and severed with a fresh cooked flowery bap. Onions and their own Coleslaw, amazing burger. Good, well cooked chunch chips.Excellent services from "Fergal" tho that is not how his name is spelt.Only Down fall was cheap red sauce, not hp, cheap alternative. (there is no alternative )
Situated next to a large Supermarket which bears the same geographically descriptive "Fiveways" name. This is another "Diner" which follows the example and culinary culture of the United States of America. The booth style seating, the 1950s type jukebox and the antiquated Coca Cola wall pictures contribute to a "Stateside ambience" to absorb whilst enjoying ones meal. The menu attempts to reflect a mixed European and American taste experience. Of course pleasant, young staff, fulfill their duty to make ones visit comfortable. The obligatory "Elvis Presley figurine" in the corner made me smile as i went to pay the bill. Ah yes, they don't make music like that any more !
Enjoy coming here with the family. Staff are usually helpful. Sometimes have a bit of a wait for food during peak times but to be expected! Oldest daughter has allergies and they are always happy to check/ accomodate. Overall a nice relaxed place to dine.
Blonde Waitress very rude. Food okay would recommend the chicken salad. Service needs improving, if that waitress smiled I'm sure her face would off cracked very unhappy looking and not very hard working stood talking the entire time with a face like a bull chewing a wasp!!
