This is the fitness class Newry has been waiting for, Damien is a true professional, his ever expanding class numbers say it all. You won't meet a nicer guy or more welcoming team of trainers. I started as a complete beginner and am glad to say that Damien has provided excellent support in everything ranging from recommending new exercises to suit my changing goals to giving sound advice on diet and nutrition. And the variety in classes has helped keep the workouts both fresh and motivating. Highly recommended!
A fantastic gym that is full of good people! I have been going now for over a year and honestly believe its the best gym in Newry. After a quick chat with Damien about my specific goals he came back with so many different/exciting and ground breaking workouts to try at every session.
