Terrible experience. They held my dress up with small metal clamps which punctured holes into the neck line of the dress, ruining the fabric. When I phoned to simply say, for goodness sake don't do that to anyone else's clothes. They said that couldn't have happened.. They told me no it wouldn't have made holes in the dress.. honest to god. Unbelievable. Not even an apology for ruining a good dress for a wedding tomorrow
