Never going back there again, I stood once for 10 minutes whilst one member of staff talked about personal life and the other one tried to make himself look bussy by 2alking about on his tablet, I've been in a different o2 store and customer service was brilliant even on peak times.

be aware!! whenever take phone monthly payment or so, dont take any extra payment for damaging etc.. as once screen will broke you will need pay 120pounds from pocket and rest amount they will pay it, but considering monthly extra payment about 10pounds its not really worth it, also to get right place for screen replacement is pain in the a&& just be carefull!! dont take any extras
