Since meeting Barry, its the first time Ive ever enjoyed training in a gym. Time goes quickly and the sessions are really varied. He also focuses on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. Initially I joined the gym to recover from a serious knee injury in order to return to football.
